As you can see, Simple Steps is a tremendous value and is a must for the book shelf of any serious body builder. But...
There are a couple of things that I would like to have seen included.
Sometimes even experienced bodybuilders either get a little careless or forget the basics and do things they really shouldn't. Occasionally the result is some serious injury. It always results in ineffective training. A little more emphasis could have been placed on this, with some examples.
Shawn is without a doubt a great natural body builder and coach. He stays away from the magic pills and drugs and gives you some good recipes and meal planning to keep you natural and fit. So I was puzzled that he did not include a larger section on quick, nutritious, natural foods.
